Nightcap Brands is delighted to continue to help Salcombe Distilling grow its presence in the Trade by working on its NLL- Non-Alcoholic Spirits and Aperitifs Range.
New London Light is a bold collection of contemporary non-alcoholic spirits and aperitifs, crafted by Salcombe’s team of expert distillers who challenge the process and bring innovative flavour combinations into a new era of taste without alcohol.
Harnessing their expertise in making world-class spirits, each of their explorations into the non-alcoholic world is led by taste and inspired by adventure.
‘Midnight Sun’ and ‘Aegean Sky’ are the latest releases following the successful release of ‘First Light’. They have been inspired by coastal locations around the globe and through their exploration of flavour combinations from each region, combined with the innovative use of kombucha as a stabilizer and a pioneering approach to the production process, these two new expressions are designed to transport the drinker to another place and a new world of flavour without alcohol or added sugar.

These new releases have been created by Master Distiller Jason Nickels and the Salcombe Distilling Co. team who make a core part of the process at their waterside distillery using as many locally foraged botanicals available to them as possible.
The production of most non-alcoholic spirits and aperitifs is often outsourced to flavour houses, where the entire process takes place externally. The team at SDCo. keep as much of the process in house as possible and using a rotary vacuum still can extract alcohol without removing flavour.
