Nightcap Brands is delighted to announce a new partnership with Bouvil Rhum
BOUVIL®, an age-old style of rum native to Haiti, that is tightly woven into the fabric of the Haitian culture.
Originally produced exclusively for the locals and sold in drums, BOUVIL® has become the most important and the highest quality local brand of Clairin (Haitian Rhum) for over a number of generations.
BOUVIL® is made from 100% wild sugarcane and wild yeasts in traditional HAITIAN pot stills and signature “hybrid stills”. Distilled from indigenous, non-hybridised cane varieties, with no chemicals or industrialisation involved in the agriculture. Where farming is free from pesticides and herbicides. Fermentation is spontaneous and distillation is traditional and unfiltered. This allows BOUVIL®, to share important qualities: tradition, transparency and authenticity.
