About Botivo

Founded by Sam Paget Steavenson and Imme Ermgassen, Botivo was born from a desire to bring the true craft and depth of flavour found in the alcohol category to the non alc category.  This meant using real ingredients, low intervention techniques and time. Botivo takes over 1 year from start to finish, is hand-blended in small batches at Lannock Farm, Hertfordshire in a growing community of makers.  A powerful combination of five raw ingredients infuse on a backdrop of aged British apple cider vinegar, balanced with organic wildflower honey for that signature Botivo taste.
